(i) Class tuition is not based on attendance, but rather reserves that athletes spot in the class. The athlete will remain enrolled in the class until a "drop request" is submitted and approved.

• To successfully withdraw from a class, the primary account holder must submit a "drop request" in the iClassPro Customer Portal. Email, phone call, text message, fax, handwritten note, or verbal notification are NOT acceptable forms of notification to withdraw. 
• Drop requests must be received by the 20th of each month. Requests received after the 20th of the month will be processed with the following months requests. Drop request can be pre-selected by date when enrolling. 

(ii) Class tuition is only prorated upon the initial class enrollment. Tuition will not be prorated for missed classes, gym closures due to holidays or inclement weather. 

(iii) Tuition is non-refundable and non-transferable. In the event of an absence, a make-up token will be generated. Make-up tokens may be applied to a class as long as the athlete is actively enrolled. An athlete may receive up to (3) make-up tokens per calendar year. These tokens do not carry over, nor do they carry any cash value.

(iv) Classes are billed monthly at a rate of $12.25/class & will automatically enroll athletes into the next month's class (Rolling Sessions).

(v) $45.00 Annual Membership Fee will apply upon enrollment and renew annually. The annual Membership Fee allows the athlete to participate in class, private lessons, etc.
