All Star Cheer is an amazing sport that offers plenty of benefits for young people. Despite its many upsides, it does come with a significant commitment of time and cost. If you're searching for an option that doesn't require a year-round commitment and comes at a lower price, consider our All Star Prep Program. This program runs for three-quarters of the year and is a great alternative to the year-round Elite. Teams in this program practice once a week and incur lower-cost apparel fees, yet they still compete in a vibrant, competitive atmosphere.

We're thrilled to announce our revamped Prep Program, meticulously designed to accommodate athletes who must balance cheerleading with school commitments. Prep teams participate in 4 competitions from December 2025 to April 2026. This program is an ideal fit for athletes who aim to maintain high skill levels without the ongoing commitment
We're thrilled to announce our revamped Prep Program, meticulously designed to accommodate athletes who must balance cheerleading with school commitments. Prep teams participate in 4 competitions from December 2025 to April 2026. This program is an ideal fit for athletes who aim to maintain high skill levels without the ongoing commitment demanded by the Elite Program. Our Prep Program runs from June 2025 to April 2026.

In our Prep Program, we schedule one to two practice per week for the duration of the season. Depending on the individual team and athlete progression, coaches may decide to add or extend practice as competitions approach. Teams compete at local competitions.
