OVERVIEW
For individuals who are new to All Star but ready for performance-based teams that are evaluated at events. Novice teams focus on strengthening technique and performance skills that help prepare athletes for competitive All Star teams.
Novice teams are the perfect place to start for athletes ages 3 to 6 with no previous cheer experience or training of any kind. This program is ideal for those who have young children with interest in learning the basics and performing at local competitions
COMMITMENT:
• Practice 1.5 hours a week
• 4-5 local competitions
