Welcome to our Level 1 & 2 Advanced Tumbling Class, where we take tumbling skills to the next level of excellence and precision. This class is designed for athletes with previous experience who have already mastered the fundamental tumbling skills and are ready to start training up with more advanced techniques and combinations.
In this intensive and challenging class, our highly skilled instructor(s) will guide students through a progressive series of drills, exercises, and personalized coaching to refine their technique and push the boundaries of their tumbling abilities.
Throughout the class, students will focus on building strength, power, and flexibility to execute high-level appropriate tumbling passes with control and finesse. In addition to fine tuning students level appropriate skills, they will also work on advanced skills such as Handsprings & Tucks. Emphasis will be placed on perfecting form, body alignment, and body control during each skill to ensure safe & proper progression.
Additionally, this class will incorporate intricate combinations and advanced connections to help students seamlessly connect one tumbling pass to another, creating impressive and dynamic sequences that showcase their hard work and individual skill.
Safety is our top priority, and *when appropriate* our instructor(s) will provide expert spotting and guidance to ensure students feel supported and confident as they progress and gain new skills. Instructor(s) will also share valuable tips and techniques to help students overcome mental blocks and refine your mindset for success.
As part of the Level 1 & 2 Advanced Tumbling Class, students will be surrounded by other motivated and driven athletes who share their passion and work ethic. The class will foster a supportive and competitive atmosphere where students can push their limits, learn from one-another, and celebrate their individual achievements together.
REQUIRED SKILL(S): Back Walkover

REQUIRED SKILL(S): Back Handspring
Our Beginner Handsprings class is designed for students who have mastered their Back Walkover and are ready to take their tumbling skills to the next level.
Our experienced & certified instructors will work with students to help create and develop proper form & technique, which are essential in building a strong foundation for your handspring.
To help ensure athlete safety and comfort as they learn new skills, our instructor(s) do provide support and light spotting as needed and when necessary.
Throughout the class, athletes will focus on developing strength, flexibility, and body control to execute handsprings safely and effectively. Our instructor(s) incorporate conditioning exercises and drill stations into the class to help athletes build strength in their core, legs, and upper body, as well as stretching exercises to help improve flexibility.
Our Beginner Tucks class is designed for students who have mastered their Back Handspring and are ready to start working on their Tuck.
In this class students will perform drills designed to build proper technique and form for their Tuck.
Our Youth & Junior Beginner Tumbling Class is an introduction to the fundamentals of tumbling for students ages 8Y to 17Y and are “new” to the sport. This class is designed for students who are brand new to cheer/tumbling and want to start with the basics. We recommend this class to students with little to no previous tumbling experience.

Our Youth & Junior Beginner Tumbling Class is an introduction to the fundamentals of tumbling for students ages 3Y to 10Y and are “new” to the sport. Welcome to our Flyer Flexibility Class, where students focus on developing the flexibility and range of motion necessary for all elite/advanced level appropriate flying. This class is specifically designed for students who want to enhance their flexibility, improve body control, and achieve stunning extended positions with ease and grace.
During this class, students will engage in a series of targeted exercises and stretching routines that are specifically tailored to enhance their overall flexibility and promote safe & effective stretching techniques. Our experienced instructor(s) will guide students through a variety of dynamic stretches, static holds, and active movements to improve their flexibility and unlock their body's potential.
The class will focus on increasing flexibility in key areas such as hamstrings, hip flexors, shoulders, back, and splits. Through consistent practice and proper technique, you will notice improvements in your athletes extension, lines, and the overall aesthetics of your flying positions.
Our instructor(s) understand the importance of balance and strength in achieving and maintaining flexibility. Therefore, this class incorporates exercises that target core stability and muscular strength, ensuring each athletes body is well-prepared to maintain control and stability in those challenging extended positions.
In addition to physical benefits, this class provides a supportive and encouraging environment where your athlete can connect with fellow flyers who share their passion for cheer and pushing the limits of flexibility. Our Jumps class is a specialized class designed to teach cheerleaders how to perform the various types of jumps with proper form, technique, and style.
Class usually begins with a warm-up to stretch and prepare the body for the physical demands of jumps. Students will learn and perfect their jumps with proper form, technique, and mechanics such as proper body alignment, arm placement, motions, and jump height for the following types of jumps:
Each jump variation will be broken down into progressions, which will allow students to learn and perfect each aspect of the jump before combining and/or connecting the skill to any tumbling
Our instructor(s) will provide feedback and corrections to help students improve their technique, form, motions, and style. In addition, students will learn how to add arm movements and facial expressions to their jumps to enhance their overall performance.
Safety is our top priority and our instructor(s) will ensure that students learn and perform all skills in a safe manner.
At the end of the class, students will typically cool down with some light stretching and review what they worked on in class. With regular attendance and practice, students can expect to see improvement in their jumps and overall cheerleading skills, leading to better performances and a more dynamic cheerleading squad.
